At Gurukul Performing Arts we are dedicated to giving students the best of both worlds. We strive to take a traditional art into a new light. We focus on giving students the best understanding of technique, artistry, and imagination. We want to empower students to take their love for classical arts and tell their own stories in a new way.
We are looking for passionate and innovative teachers in multiple classical disciplines to join our team. At Gurukul we are a community of art-loving people who are committed to creating a creative and enjoyable learning environment.
Qualifications
Extensive training in a classical or folk discipline (does not have to be Indian or South Asian)
A strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with students
Located in the NJ/NYC/PA area
18 years or older
